Leading lights and bright sparks from Ireland’s electrical industry were recognised at a gala evening held in Clontarf Castle, Dublin on June 14.
Celebrating excellence and innovation among individuals and companies of all sizes, Ireland’s Electrical Awards 2024 welcomed the industry’s finest for a drinks reception, three-course meal with wine, entertainment, networking and fun.
The popular event also served as a fundraiser for the Irish Electrical Benevolent Association, which supports members of the electrical industry, and their families, who are experiencing difficulties.
James (Jimmy) Whan was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the event. Jimmy recently retired from a directors position within the Irish Electrical Benevolent Association. Jimmy’s work with the IEBA spans over two decades and he has assisted hundreds of individuals in his time.
