IEBA Golf Day 2024 – Killeen Castle
The IEBA golf day in Killeen Castle on Friday 26th April took place on a bright and sunny (if somewhat chilly) day. Eighty players teed up in teams of four to compete for the annual team trophy and other great prizes. After some great golf on a top-quality course, the following winners emerged:
IEBA Munster Golf Day 2024 – Lee Valley Golf & Country Club
The Cork branch of The Irish Benevolent Association held our annual Golf fund raising day in the beautiful Lee Valley Golf & Country club on the 24th of April 2024.
We had sixty players playing on the day and it was a great success, we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine!
Schneider Electric Golf Outing in aid of the IEBA
Schneider Electric held its annual Customer Golf Outing at the K Club on the 17th of August. They had a “Beat the Pro” on the third hole where Gary Murphy was the Pro. To participate each golfer was asked to donate to the IEBA. There was a total of 75 Golfers on the day, from across the electrical industry, with only eight successfully beating the Pro!! The golfers, that participated, generously donated a total of €960 on the day and Schneider Electric then matched and topped up to bring the total to €2000!!
